My daughter had a flat on July 4th and we were in need of a tie really quick. I called this shop and they were open. We went down and bought a good used tire and was well pleased with the price and service.

Poor customer service, possibly a scam operation! There was shattered glass from a broken beer bottle in one of the work bays. I did not notice it until the car was lifted on the jack. I asked the owner if he could sweep up the shards of glass so I would not run over it and puncture another tire, and he refused to sweep it up. He said it was my fault for parking in this work bay. All I wanted was for the glass shards to be removed to prevent a puncture in a my tire. A QUICK RUN OVER WITH A PUSH BROOM WOULD HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I ended up laying on the ground and picking up the glass my self, (a customer, not an employee). I know that they dont care and I am just a dollar to them, but thats poor business practices. Maybe it was apart of a plan to get a person to buy more tires? Anyway they were rude. Lesson learned; many, many more tire shops in the city. If you choose to come to Lalo's tire shop, BE AWARE THAT THERE IS BROKEN SHARDS OF GLASS IN THE WORK BAY, AND THE OWNER REFUSES TO SWEEP IT UP!

I went buy to get a used spare tire. They put one on my rim it was the correct size $50. However, two different people walked around my car looking at my tires and never told me or offered air in a very low tire. Seems odd but, they were nice and respectful and I am happy with the tire.

They were very fast and professional in the service provided.Lots of choices of new tires,oil change,rotors,brakes,balance of tires and a clean working place.they don't have disposal for old tires.

Chalo's Tire Shop is a Great place to grab tires new or used. They offer good prices, good quality on the used tires and are fast and reliable. Mind you this was my first time coming to these guys, but I will be the first to tell you they are great. We were not even at the tire shop an hour they had us in and out with in 30 minutes of getting there and yes they were slammed had probably another 10 vehicles there and all of us but one was being taking care of, so yea guys if you need tires new or used this is your spot. Hit them up, I am. Straight forward and honest I wouldn't send you wrong, because I wouldn't wolant to be sent wrong myself. So trust in my words these are your guys to handle them tire needs!!!
